The Bohol Investment Promotions Center (BIPC) launched its website at http://www.boholinvest.com on November 17, 2005 with the assistance of the Auza.net, a new technology company based in Bohol. The website contains useful information about Bohol, its investment climate, and the products and services available at BIPC. The launch is timely with Bohol agressively promoting the province as a new information and communications technology (ICT) hub in the Philippines by offering incentives to cyberservices locators such as call centers, business process outsourcing agenceis and medical transcriptionists. Auza.net implemented a powerful content management system which will enable BIPC to add and edit content very easily, allowing the agency to keep the website information updated and relevant.
