Bohol Museum
With the Pres. CPG residence being renovated, the old Provincial Library now houses the Bohol Museum. It is located just in front of the Rizal Plaza.
The museum displays artifacts and relics of mollusks, skulls with deformations, the province’s pottery tradition, earth’s treasures in Bohol, its agriculture and fishing, and also of fossil plants and animals which are evidences of a past life. The museum also has displays explaining the Evolution of the Bohol Island, it’s Rock Foundation, Animals and their ways, Plant Life, Potency, People, Arts & Crafts, Food, and its Culture.
The museum is open from Mondays – Fridays, 8am – 12nn and 1pm – 5pm. Its regular entrance fee is Php 10.00.
