Bakstiq is an eccentric restaurant situated in J.A. Clarin St., just a few meters away from the HNU Dampas Campus entrance gate. The name is inspired from the owner’s nickname, “baki” and “stiq” from stick, hence the name Bakstiq.

It specializes in exotic foods such as Kanding Kaldereta, One-Day Old Chick, Kabayong Hinalang, Lansiao Pochero, Baboy Damo Bohol Express, and Pancit Buko to name a few. There are also dishes made from rice field frogs (baking basak) and snakes. But don’t worry; they also serve the usual dishes such as crispy pata, pork sisig and so much more. And the customer can also order dishes not found in the menu.

Bakstiq accepts catering, reservation, and deliveries. For delivery orders exceeding the total amount of Php 200.00, delivery fees are considered free. They also have budget meals with prices ranging from
Php 35.00–55.00.

With its native-inspired environment, serene ambience, and huge servings at low prices you can never go wrong.
